We need Realistic 3d Floor Plan For Building Scene Layer Package

We have Uploaded 3D floor plan to Arcgis online of SLPK file Format, But floor plan was not realistic 3D so that We need to expect realistic Building Floor plan. So if anybody knows that how to make realistic please let us know this.
