I have an online viewer license I renewed. I disabled a member of my org. who was a viewer for a project, and I want to add a new member and assign them the viewer license. In effect I want to have one ArcGIS Online viewer license I can toggle between users depending on the collaboration for a given project. It seems like ArcGIS Online should have this capability, but I am not able to "Invite members," Invite a new member and give them the credentials.
