View Enlarged Popup Media such as a Pie Chart?

Is it possible to enlarge popup media such as a pie chart? I found this blog post that kind of talks about it in ArcGIS Explorer Online. Can we do this in ArcGIS Online?

I also have the same question, is it possible to resize the media (chart, plot etc) that is displayed in the popup

menu? 

The chart does not automatically resize when you maximize the popup window either!

This is exactly what I was getting at. Kelly's response addresses creating charts which we have both already done, but it seems further customization isn't there yet.

Does the chart Widget in Web AppBuilder resolve the issue? If not, can you describe what you would like to see in an idea on the ideas site.
