USGS National Map basemap black box errors this morning

The USGS National Map basemap is throwing black box errors this morning. The Flex Viewers in production are throwing this error since this map is part of the basemaps normally available.

Yes it does work clicking on it here. It just isn't working in the basemap gallery for some reason.

We are getting the same error from our flex viewers as well. However we have nearly identical web apps through ArcGIS Online that are not giving this error. This has been going on for about a week now for us.

Thank you Steven. It was looking like something unique to our installation. We are on Server 10.2.1 using Flex Viewers 3.7. What versions are you?
