Use Category Selector to Filter Line Series Chart

I have joined a list of 415 commodities to 10 markets in the country. So you have a joined layer that links markets and commodities together. I am able to link a category selector on the side panel to the web map whereby you are able to select a commodity in the category selector and the web map will show which market that commodity is available (image attached). I also now would like to filter a line series chart by the selector whereby you select a specific commodity and the average price by market would be displayed like below (done in excel):

I just wanted to understand if this was possible. Below is the heading row of the layer of which I am trying to link the category selector to the average prices to:
