Hi,
I've been using USA_Historical_Topo_maps by esri_atlas, an ArcGIS Online layer, for a web application about 5 years. This is public layer that I could use through API call, but recently I got a bug report that it doesn't show the historical map on top of base map anymore. I tried with Esri map and I could find the layer through add layer from ArcGIS online option, but I got a generic error message which is the layer cannot be added to the map. I couldn't find any update about this and I would like to know what is happening with the layer.
