My company uses Field Maps for data collection. With some of our larger projects the data can be fluid. There are updates and changes two or three times a week. This data is used as background data (proposed pipelines, surface sites, etc.) and is not being edited in the field. However when we get updates from engineering on re-routes or site shifts that data has to be updated for our field teams. Currently we cannot overwrite a hosted layer that has existing synced files. My work around has been to turn off sync, overwrite the feature service, and then turn sync back on. My field teams then have to delete their offline areas and re-download their offline areas to get the updates. Is there another way to go about this?
