Unable to use ArcGISOnline services in ArcMap or ArcCatalog???

So I use to be able to connect to either http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services or http://tasks.arcgisonline.com without a issue. But over the last month or two I have seen this become unstable and finally today I get a message that 'parameter is not correct' and am unable to connect.

Is anyone else seeing this as a issue?

I am not seeing any issue.

What version of ArcGIS Desktop are you using?
Could your internet proxy have changed?

We shoulnd't be proxied; is there particular ports that ArcGISOnline uses? That I can have my network folks check.
