Unable to delete data from my organisation account

Dear all,

I've got a problem to delete content from our AGOL organisation account (I'm the administrator and owner of the data). When I try to delete the feature layer (hosted), I receive this error "unable to delete item". The data does not have the "delete protection" activated so I don't understand why I can't delete my own data. Do you have any advice to give me?

Hi Gregory, 

Are you able to open and view the Feature Layer in a web map?

Are you able to edit it? If you can't do any of these functions, they layer might have corrupted which is very unusual. 

Have you tried using this tool to delete it?: https://marketplace.arcgis.com/listing.html?id=c34019b0623041608df4d06970a7a96a 

Otherwise it might be possible for Esri Inc to delete the item if you log a support case through your local Tech Support team.

Hi Carmel,

Thank you for your help.

I can open and view the Feature Layer in a web map and I'm also able to edit it so the layer must not be corrupted.

I will try the Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online. Let's hope it will work.
