Is there a way to completely turn off snapping in a web map? Specifically, when I go to add a point to a web map, I'd like for it to no longer give me the prompt to (Press CTRL to enable snapping).
This answer is only for the the Fieldmaps app's Fieldmaps Designer (so I don't think it answers OP's question but it solved my similar problem and may be useful for others who found this question by googling): Go to Fieldmaps Designer > Open your map > App settings > Collection > near the bottom there is a slider "Snapping: Snapping centers the location target on a point or vertex of a nearby feature." > turn that slider off.
