Trouble customizing colors in Experience Builder

I have an experience builder app (https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/21434da2b40c40cebd3a1b71b935770a) and I am trying to add the Layer List widget with the option to show Legend within that. The problem is the background of the legend part is nearly black (see picture) and I have no idea where this color is coming from or how to change it.
This color is not in any of my theme colors. It's nowhere that I can find!
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
