Tpk's appear blurry and illegible when published to ArcOnline

When I create a tpk and publish it to ArcOnline the linework and labels look as if there is a white halo added to every element making the map illegible. I have since created two separate tpk's, one for labels and one for linework. The labels now come in nicely but the linework still looks terrible. I have played with transparency, linetypes, layer order and cannot figure out a way to have everything publish nicely. 

Does anyone have any ideas as to what can fix this?

Bumped the Tile Format up to PNG 32 instead of PNG 24. Worked like a charm. Thanks for the link!
