Take Photo with Location

Hello,

I am attempting to use ArcGIS Field Maps to collect location points in the field. I am looking to be able to create a form in the Field Map Web App that allows me to use the Field Maps Mobile App in the field to take photos of Joshua trees, and record a point with descriptive data on the map at the location where that photo was taken. If possible, need the entire process of how to accomplish this from start to finish. Thank you for the assistance!

I think Quick Capture is the type of tool that would work best for this. For steps from start to finish, please see here:

I do this using Survey123.  First create a Form in Survey123 Connect then publish it so it's available to download onto the tablet.  Then you can take your tablet into the field and capture photos with the associated coordinates as well as info about a particular photo/site using the form you created.
