Synchronize data edits disappear between ArcMap and ArcGIS Online

I have a team of people editing a layer of point features on desktop by creating a local copy of the data from AGOL and then synchronising the edits back to AGOL. When the data is synchronized the points disappear on the web map. I had a filter on the data which only showed points left to attribute however, I have now removed this with the intention of seeing the full data set but I can only see points that haven't been edited offline.

Hi James,

I would recommend that you contact technical support as they will be able to help troubleshoot this issue in more detail.

Are you able to see the new data points if you add the service into a new web map?

No the points aren’t visible if I put the service into another web map or opening it in Desktop unfortunately. I’ve tried viewing the gdb files that are saved when a user makes an offline copy from AGOL but that does not contain edited attribution data. I’ll certainly get in touch with tech support – thanks for the advice.
