Social media template - the Twitter log-in isn't redirecting

I just got done showing the Social Media monitoring app to a bunch of emergency management types this week and today when I tried to use it, the Twitter feed doesn't seem to be working.  I log-in, the window pops up, I put in my password, give it permission to access my Twitter account and then the pop-up never redirects back to the website.  Same thing happens to Instagram.  I tried clearing my cache and all that, nothing seems to fix it.  Any ideas?  (Oh, and I know my log-ins for those particular services work.)

Here is a link to the app I've been using: Hurricane and Cyclone Overview No https on this link and when I add it the 'Social Data' tab doesn't open. Without the https I can see the Twitter login (under layers). I saw the https when I tried to log in but it doesn't connect.

Try changing the "Social Data" tab URL to have https when it is added to the Story Map.  So don't change the Overview app URL, but just the Social Data tab one.
