Sharing content from an organization to a single member

Hello!

I have a client who does not have an AGOL account at the moment. However, my other clients are an organization who do have an account and are building a WebApp and survey123 for my client without an account. If the organization buys the single client a field license, will they be able to share the WebApp and survey123 with him as a single individual?
