Sewer line

Need to find accurate info on sewer lines as we need to submit plans for a new building on a dirt lot. Best I could find was this- just an orange line indicating approx location.

How deep are these buried? Need to calculate if we have enough drop from the other side of a 150ft property on a 4" pipe.
