Remove Application Summary from Hub launched apps

Hello,

This started happening recently.  Whenever I launch an app through ArcGIS Hub, I get a page summary to the left of the application showing the organization, the summary, date uploaded and published, etc.

How do I remove this side panel?  It only appears if I launch the app through ArcGIS Hub.  Launching it through the URL or the contents page does not show the side panel.

Thoughts?

Hopefully ESRI will change the default behaviour or give us some more options to control the side panel.
