Related Records in ArcGIS Online not working

I have uploaded a feature class with a related table (related with a relationship class). When I click "Show Related Records" from the feature pop-up the related record table displays.

However it shows all of the records in the table not just the ones for the feature I am querying. I have tried it both with a 1-1 and 1-M relationship, with the same results

Above is a screenshot of the table, it appears to show all records not the one I  am interested in.

Has anyone come across this before and found a solution?

My feature class has 8,000 records and the related table about 10,000. If I use a table with just a few hundred related records it works fine, perhaps some sort of limit on related records?
