Rearrange Attribute Fields

Is there a way to rearrange attribute fields in a hosted feature layer?

When I published my hosted feature layer for some reason all of my feature layer fields moved around. When I export the data from AGOL I need it in a specific order and I don't know how to rearrange it. 

Things I've tried:

Changing the order of field using REST API

Using the hosted feature layer Visualization tab and changing the order of the attributes

Another option would be using Configure Pop-up. Also check if the steps for changing the field order from Visualization tab has been followed correctly. FAQ: Is it possible to reorder field columns in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer attribute table?

I've tried both those things and no luck.
