On ArcGIS Online why is Raster Functions not showing up in the Analysis tab?

Hi @Michael_Wiley_7,

To see and access raster analysis tools and raster functions, you need to have a Professional or Professional Plus user type and the Imagery Analysis privilege. Can you double check that your user meets those requirements?
