As an organisation with an Enterprise Licensing Agreement, I'd like to know whether we can give access to our content (quickcapture project and associated feature layers) to our sub-contractors. Although not directly employed, they are contracted to provide services on our behalf, in the field. I assume we'd have to register them as a user and, therefore, use up one of our licences.
Just looking for clarity about whether they can "legally" be classed as a member of our organisation.
