Hi AGOL Community,
We built an internal-access-only dashboard to help managers review data curated in an AGOL account. However, most of those managers do not have an AGOL account and it is not feasible to provision them with accounts.
While anyone can access a dashboard if it is made fully public, there does not appear to be a ready option for this type of access within an organization with an enterprise account.
Are there any options or pathways to providing non-AGOL account holders access to internal AGOL apps and dashboards?
For AGOL account holders, the dashboard is available and functional through a Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) webpage that has internal-only access. While we can post updated screen-grabs, these data lend themselves to the further review that the AGOL dashboard invites.
If there are no ready options, I would like to propose that Esri review the feasibility of providing enterprise organizations with an internal-only guest log-in that will function within their tenant for data shared within their Organization. This would greatly facilitate our capacity to further utilize the tools provided by the AGOL environment.
