part of symbology disappears when map uploaded to AGO

Hello,

I have created a FEMA floodplain map in ArcGIS Pro with the appropriate symbology for 4 different types of polygons. When I upload the map on AGO, the symbology only appears for 3 types of polygons (screenshot included). The legend on AGO shows the colors but it does not appear on the map.

it looks like the features are not present with a geometry. might need the zipped gdb of the data or an SD file that was created to publish these features.

Looks like that value that's not showing up has no data for those rows

Where the value: "" at the service endpoint.
