New York/Manhattan Addresses Not Mapping Properly

I'm having more problems with my Manhattan addresses mapping to Brooklyn instead of Manhattan. I've uploaded a CSV with street address, city, state and postal (I use the address in multiple fields and all fields are mapped for upload).

When I click on a location the postal/zip always shows as a number (e.g., 10,004) but if try to edit it shows properly as a zip and  (no comma).

There are streets/avenues with the same name in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but shouldn't the zip code override all of that? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Lisa,

Please could you provide a little more information about your workflow?

  • Could you provide a couple of example addresses that are experiencing the issue?
  • Would you be able to provide a screenshot showing the format of the addresses within the CSV?
  • How are you uploading the CSV?
  • When you click on a location, and the zip shows as a number, is this in a pop-up in the Map Viewer?
