New Map Viewer Stroke Width Broken!!!

What is up with the stoke option in the style tab? When we use the Edit tool, add a point to the map, the stroke size will go from 0 to 72. All the points are crazy massive and clogs everything on the map. We can't evening deactivate this option as it's grayed out. Any ideas?

Edit due to @RussRoberts pointing out where the symbol is.

I can't seem to reproduce either.  Is this a map service by chance?

Does changing the size of the actual symbol do anything?

I cant seem to reproduce this using the same POI basic symbol. Can you share your map?
