My Instant App Requires Sign In From Public

I have an ArcGIS Online account for personal use. I created an Instant App with my map, but when I share it, the link brings people to sign in (see photo below). I want the public to be able to access this app without an ArcGIS account. Is this possible with my kind of account? The share settings are set to public, and the map itself is set to public too.

I've created public-facing apps with my personal account before, not instant apps but dashboards, it should be the same.  Make sure all of the app's dependencies are also public, like all of the layers it references.
