migrating arcgis online maps and story maps

Hello,

I'm new to arcGIS online system but I've tasked with migrating maps and story maps from one subscriber account that we need to let expire and move the maps and story maps to another active suscriber account for ArcGIS Online. Is this something ESRI customer service/tech can do or something I as the end user have to do and if so how?

Yes, you can do this yourself. You will need to be an admin in the ArcGIS Online organization. See this help topic,
