My company is getting ready to do a virtual design charette and we are looking to use AGOL to capture information provided by various attendees about potential trail corridor alignments. I know that the ability for simultaneous users to edit a single service exits and is documented. As a note, each user does have unique credentials and we will have a mix of people within the organization and outside the organization participating. All users will be participating from a desktop machine with reliable internet access - we will not be collecting field data, rather discussing conceptual trail alignments.
What I'm wondering is if there is a maximum number of users that we should not exceed (e.g., 5 or 10). Are there other people people in the community that have attempted something similar that have tips and tricks to share?
