Map Viewer Pop-ups not allowing decimal place change in fields?

As shown in picture above, map viewer & map viewer classic are not giving me the option to choose how decimal places I want to display in fields. As an "int" the field shouldn't have any decimal places correct? They were all "short" data type in Pro and no decimal places (which is what I want), but when uploading to AGOL a few random fields had 5 decimal places and I cannot change them to 0.

I am having this same issue. Did you ever discover a reason why some of your integer fields ended up with decimals and others did not? If you found a way to correct this, I'd appreciate the knowledge, thanks.
