Layer not displaying in Scene but displaying in Map

I have a layer(s) that display on MAP but do not display in SCENE? Not sure why? there are some layers that do work. I see them in the CONTENTS, and they are in the LAYER window, But not showing on or in the SCENE

Figured it out, the Height in symbology was set to Relative Height not On Ground
