Labels are not showing up in my web application but in the corresponding web map everything shows up just fine. Any ideas?

I created a web map and then from there I created a web application (on arconline). When you go to the application none of the labels show up. However in the web map everything shows up just fine. Any suggestions or ideas on why this is happening?

Which web app are you using? Is the web map public? If so can you provide the id?

I ran into the same problem yesterday, as well. I have had the same map up and running for months now and never had any issues with labeling before.

It looks like the error has been fixed since my labels are showing up on the web mapping application now.

I have the same problem.
