I recently updated some KML shapefiles I had for polygons. Rather that just upload new data and delete what I had, I used the update function. It appears as if the KML I had just created uploaded and replaced the old KML file I had in ArcGIS online. However, the map I had which was pulling from the KML files would not update to show the current KML files I had in there. I went ahead and just deleted the KML files I had in the map and uploaded them back into my map.
I was successfully able to get only one of the 2 KML files I had to upload. It allows me to upload the 2nd KML, but the data does not display on the map. If I click on the KML file within ArcGIS online and open it up in Google Earth, it opens up just fine.
Not sure what the issues are with ArcGIS online. This was working great a few days ago but today had been extremely frustrating.
Anyone else having these issues and if so, were you able to resolve? Or is this an ESRI issue?
