Our company uses ARCGIS Online maps for telecom work. We receive detailed scaled drawings from the department of transportation that we upload to our maps as a layer. Is there a way to scale this layer so that it overlays the exact area that it covers? If that document is scaled to 1"=100', can I set that scale to match the map so that every driveway and street line up where they should when we place it on the map. Due to privacy issues, I can't upload any images for examples.
