We enforce enterprise login for our AGOL org, but frequently new users, especially S123 and Collector users, are confused about what enterprise login means, and will usually choose "ArcGIS Login", then "I forgot my password". They then get this email:

You recently requested support concerning your ArcGIS password. Please contact your administrator(s) [someone], [some one else], or [nobody] to resolve this matter.
