In web scenes we want to view symbology by scale level without duplicating data and increasing layer grouping by two or more levels:
For display zoom scale levels, we talk about a layer, for example trees. I want to see all the trees at 1/100000 with point symbology, but at 1/1000 scale, I would like to see a 3D symbology of trees categorized by type.
In web scenes, there is only one level 1 layer group and I cannot group level 1 layer groups.
