A customer contacted us and said our Open Data was showing errors when they tried to use it. I've tried it and I'm not having any issues. This customer uses their own AGOL organization account and does a search for City of Phoenix data. I need another AGOL Organization account to create a new map and try the following process and tell me if you get an error and can't use our Open Data! Here's what I need:
Create a new map:

Name it whatever:

Click the "Add" button and select "Search for Layers"

Use the following criteria:
Add the "Village" feature service:

Do you get the following error? (I do not, but our customer consistently does).

Thanks for your assistance.
I'm trying to determine if this is an ESRI AGOL Org to Org issue?
Venus,
I was also not able to add the Village layer. The Village layer is pointing to an http service, not https. I was able to view your REST services for both http and https. I would try pointing the Village layer to your https service.

Tom
Thank you ALL! Now I can correct the issue! This was driving me nuts (well...nuttier?)!
Well here are the results:
We us an ACE to direct requests to one of two ArcGIS Servers. Both ArcGIS Servers were configured to accept http:// or https:// requests. The ACE however was never completely configured to accept both!!!! We are in the process of moving over to a F5 (what?) replacement for the ACE so the problem will be remedied soon!
I'm actually surprised we didn't get a lot more complaints about accessing our data, unless it's just not that interesting to people, and I just can't imagine that!
