I had to edit some data from AGOL in arcpro. I was able to edit without issue, however It doesn't appear as though there is a way to reupload..

So I use Field maps to collect data with a GPS unit. Upon return to the office I needed to edit some data before returning to the field at a later date using the newly updated data. I used the open in arcpro feature within arcgis online to look at and edit the data that I collected while out in the field. However when I go to share the data back to myself Arcpro only allows me to export it as exploratory data.... But I need to be able to collect and update the features in the field next time.

How should I go about doing this so that I can have updated data but also have it available for next time?

If you are using the feature layer from ArcGIS Online there wont be an upload option. Once you perform your edits and save they are getting applied to the hosted feature layer so no re-sharing is required.
