How to transfer a student's AGOL content to a personal account after graduation.

I have a student who has graduated and would like to transfer their AGOL content on our campus org account to a new (paid) personal account they have created.

How do I do this?  The student has moved all of the content to a single folder and I was preparing to transfer ownership to my admin account, but what do I do after that?
