How To: Limit access to secured hosted services in ArcGIS Online for public-facing in Operation Dashbard and Survey 123.
This documentation https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000017029 says that ArcGIS server services can be set usage limits for ArcGIS online applications from the advanced properties of the layer, for data access security.
However, I have only managed to work with WEB templates and Web app builder
1. I would like to know if it is possible to do them for Operation Dashboard and Survey123?
2. How do you configure urls for limited use of a feature service for Operation Dashboard and Survey123?
