I am using filled polygons in the Counts and Amounts symbology, but for my other, I want to use hatching as the fill. I've applied it, but it has lost the border. Does anyone know where/how I can find the border?

that hatch symbol in the gallery does not have an outline to it and we currently do not support adding new symbol layers to symbols yet.

The first hatch symbol in the gallery has an outline. We are also working on adding support for separation values for hatch so if one of the symbols is too dense you can adjust that in symbol styler.

Should also add you can publish your own polygon hatch fill symbols from pro to arcgis online.
