How to get AGOL Basemap layers separate - I need streams from the Topology map

I'd like to get the streams from the Topology basemap, as a separate layer that I can move on top of other layers. Is there somewhere I can pull a service of these streams, or a way to limit the basemap to just have the streams, and then use that?

I know there's some way to change the basemap colors, labels, etc. But does it let you turn off or download individual layers?

I looked in the Living Atlas but the streams layer there did not have everything the Topology basemap does.

I'm working in ArcGIS Pro.

Thanks!

Andrew Wallick‌, the Vector Tile Style editor allows you to select which layers you would like to be visible. You can then hide all the layers which you don't want to be visible in the map.

Hi Shelley, so are you suggesting I could turn off all the other layers except the one I want (creeks), then use that in Pro?
