How do you remove the "next feature" arrows in online map pop ups?

In ArcGIS Online web maps, the pop up window displays information about a particular feature, like zip codes in my case. However, when zoomed out, the pop up window has arrows on the upper right corner that give you information about the surrounding zip codes. I want the pop up window to display info only for the zip code that was clicked. Is there a way to turn off the "previous/next feature" arrows?

That sounds like the intended functionality when zoomed out - those show up when it's not sure which one you were going for. There's a good chance that any of those 2, 3, or 6 in your case features were the one the user intended to click on. The same things happen if you're zoomed in and click near a border. I'm not sure of a way around, but I agree that sometimes you really only want one popping up (which would force a user to be more precise with their clicks, or zoomed in more).
