How can I make my Rest service "Export" able like the World Imagery?

Hi All, 

I want to share a Tiled Service with the ability to "Export" like the World_Imagery (MapServer) (arcgisonline.com) "Export Map" feature at the bottom.

This works great in ArcGIS Enterprise but no luck with ArcGIS Online.

I even tried this EDIT for the Rest Endpoint:

Any tips, or is this not possible in ArcGIS Online?
