We currently have a host of map services on our ArcGIS Server . These are all added on ArcGIS Online. We now want to host all the map services on ArcGIS online. what is the best way to migrate these without having to re-do all our webmaps? Thanks.

Take a look at the ArcGIS Online Assistant. This will allow you to update the data sources of your web maps.

Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online & Portal will do all of this for you without all the work.
You'll have to republish the services in Arcgis Online first, then update the sources with AGOL assistant.
