We have several users who are new to GIS and need to edit.
I don't want them to be able to edit the entire dataset on accident, so I have them doing their edits in a web map using the edit widget and in field maps, where I have cofigured their edit settings.
When they log into AGOL on their web browser is there a way to hide everything from them in their AGOL account except for "APPS".
I only want them to see Apps, so they don't edit the whole feature layer on accident.
I also want them to be able to edit their data, but I only want them to be able to view other datasets.
So for example I want all staff to see the Noxious Weeds dataset, but I only want the Noxious Weeds staff to be able to edit their data.
I don't want to have to create views of everything. I wish there was a way to define who has view access and who has edit access for each dataset.

In short, no. Feature Layer Views and access control via Groups would be the only solution.
