Hello!
I am trying to enable the "Get Directions" for a Web Viewer Map. I have tried using a polygon and point layer to get directions to but both pop up with:
"Cannot load route service. This may be due to the service not being accessible."
I have made sure Network Analysis is on.
This isn't a problem in the Field Maps app with the same map, as I can get directions with that.
Any tips/advice/help?
