I am using Wayback Imagery to study settlement inside a protected area over three different time periods (10 years ago, 5 years ago, 1 year ago). The protected area is large at 7000km2, and when I click around on the Wayback Imagery App, I see that for a given year, multiple satellite images have been used to cover this area. In some cases, the images seem to differ in the resolution, source, and sometimes year of collection. Is there a way to assess the percentage of the protected area that is covered by each shapefile for each time period, so that I can include this information in my analysis?

Thanks!

Hi Emily Neil‌,

I think you could find this information out by looking at the metadata for each of the imagery layers.

Hope this helps,
