tried to create hotspots with two different CSVs. also tried to create with both drag-an-drop to web map, and web map using a featuservice. all get same error msg.
Thanks for testing. Since this worked yesterday for you and there was an update last night, can you try clearing your browser cache and try again? If this does not work, can you send me the csv files that you are working with? Thanks Ash, apengelly@esri.com
