Noob here.
I need help to define the precise (pixel perfect) edges / corners of a map in lat/long for export
e.g. Lat from 45 N to 45 S; Long from 30 E to 120 E
I'm using arcgis mapviewer
Any direction on the way to do this or a better tool for doing this would be appreciated!
